No Returns or Exchanges
As our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or you received the incorrect product. Please double-check your order details, including sizes, colors, and designs, before completing your purchase. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to make it right. Please follow these steps:- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@islandcomplex.com with your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the item(s) showing the damage or error.
- Provide order number
- Once approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins, and we cannot cancel the order. -
