Processing & Production Times
All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This means that once you place an order, production begins specifically for you. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
USA: 2-8 business days
International: 10-30 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently do not offer expedited shipping options.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Island Complex Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
